Eligibility Criteria for Nursing Registration in Australia

To be eligible for nursing registration in Australia, applicants must meet several key requirements. These criteria ensure that all nurses possess the qualifications, experience, and skills necessary to provide high-quality care in the Australian healthcare system.

1. Educational Qualifications

➥ B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GCAN

2. Work Experience

➥ Minimum of 3 months as a Registered Nurse in the last five years.

3. English Language Requirements

➥ Any of the following tests are acceptable. Please note that clubbed scores are permitted, but the two test sittings must be within 12 months of each other. Ensure that your clubbed scores meet the eligibility criteria as below.
